Names of Students Nominated for Admission to Postgraduate Programs (Master's) in the First Semester – Academic Year 2016/2017
The Faculty of Graduate Studies announces the names of students who are nominated for admission to the postgraduate (Master's) programs (first list) as follows:
As for the names of students who are nominated for admission to PhD programs, they will be announced on Tuesday 30/8/2016.
First: All nominees should submit the following duly certified documents:
1. A copy of the General Secondary Certificate (Tawjihi), or an equivalent.
2. A certified copy of the bachelor's degree certificate.
3. A certified copy of the diploma (if any).
4. The grades lists all through the academic years in bachelor's and diploma degrees.
5. The equivalence of a certificate accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for certificates issued by official foreign and Arab universities.
6. The accreditation of the English language exam certificate (if it is not the national exam) from the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission.
7. Three personal pictures.
8. A certified copy of the birth certificate, carrying the national number.
9. A copy of the civil identity card certified by the Department of Civil Status.
10. A copy of the military service book for male students born in 1989 or later.
11. A valid approval of study for students who work in official or governmental institutions or any other institutions which require a pre-study approval, such as the University of Jordan and the UJ Hospital.
12. A written approval letter issued by the responsible party stating its approval of study for its carrier. This applies for workers at the Jordanian Armed Forces and the security systems.
Second: Registration Dates
Students nominated for admission should consult the registrar of the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the Unit of Admission and Registration from 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM. If the student does not register or pay the required fees, he or she loses his or her right to register.

Thursday 25/8/2016
The following faculties: Educational Sciences, Physical Education, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Rehabilitation Studies, and Women's Studies.
Saturday 27/8/2016
The following faculties: Business, Medicine, Agriculture, Nursing, King Abdullah II School of Information Technology.
Sunday 28/8/2016
The following faculties: Arts, Foreign Languages, Shari'a.
Monday 29/8/2016
The following faculties: Science, Engineering, Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II for International Studies.
Tuesday 30/8/2016
The nominated students who have not completed their registration procedures.
Important Note: Following the payment of the fees, all students should visit the following link to fill out their personal data. They should also contact the Unit of Admission and Registration one week after their admission to obtain their smart university card:
